Elite Laser Training and Support

Elite Laser Programme
Advanced Laser Training for Qualified Practitioners
If your manufacturer training taught you which buttons to press but left you unsure why, you are not alone. The Elite Laser Programme takes you beyond basic protocols, looking at the reasoning behind every treatment decision so you can assess clients properly, choose settings with purpose and troubleshoot when results fall short.
What You Will Learn
Understanding Your Laser
Wavelength, fluence, pulse duration, spot size and repetition rate explained in a way that makes sense in the treatment room, so you understand how settings affect safety and results.
-
Correlate joules, hertz, fluence and pulse duration together against skin type, hair density and hair colour, rather than adjusting the one setting you were told was safe to touch
-
Understand where diode, Nd:YAG, Alexandrite and IPL genuinely differ in effectiveness, not just in name
-
Know the real difference between SHR, Standard and Stack modes, including which skin types each is suited to
-
Understand where manufacturer presets end and your own advanced judgement needs to begin
Assessing Each Client Properly
Fitzpatrick skin type is only one part of the picture. We cover:
-
Skin type read against a client's actual recent sun exposure, not just the chart
-
Checking for photosensitising medications properly, not just asking if they're taking anything
-
Why fine, light hair often needs more energy, not less, and which hair colours genuinely cannot be treated with traditional laser at all
-
Hair colour, thickness and density
-
Hormonal conditions and medication, including how PCOS, menopause and HRT change what a client should realistically expect
-
Contraindications and treatment suitability
-
Honest, realistic client expectations
Selecting and Adjusting Settings
Learn how to:
-
Select safe, suitable starting settings
-
Time treatments around the Anagen, Catagen and Telogen growth phases, so you understand why hair can appear to increase around session three or four
-
Build an individual treatment plan around the client in front of you, not a generic protocol
-
Choose realistic treatment intervals
-
Know when to hold a setting, and when your own judgement should take you further
-
Plan maintenance treatments
Clinical Safety and Troubleshooting
Properly carry out and read a patch test, recognising signs like mild erythema, perifollicular edema and darkening within the follicle as genuine clinical indicators, not just a yes or no reaction. You'll also learn to recognise the earliest signs of epidermal damage, and to diagnose a disappointing result by working through settings, timing, hormones, hair suitability and compliance, rather than simply turning the power up next time.
